Pinsa is an Italian-style pizza with an airy base and an elongated shape. Our 250 g Pinsa Romana is $12, available in Margherita; Potato, Rosemary, Bacon & Onions; Diavola; and Prosciutto & Funghi.

What about allergies and dietary requirements?
Each product has an ingredient list in its details. Pinsa includes flour and mozzarella. Both passata sauces contain chicken stock and are not vegetarian. Contact the kitchen on 0401 242 944 to confirm allergens, cross-contact and dietary suitability before ordering.
Do you offer delivery or pickup?

What sauces and jams are available?
Passata Sauce comes in Nonna’s Sauce and Diavola varieties, 450 ml for $8. Our 300 g jams are $8: Blackberry & Blood Orange, Raspberry & Lemon, Strawberry & Basil, and Fig & Balsamic.
